Many of us are confused and overwhelmed when it comes to our health. We know we need to make changes, but it’s hard to know what information to trust and will actually work for each of us. Even when we’ve been given specific medical advice, knowing how to implement it is a whole different challenge. Where do we start, how does it fit into our busy lives and how do we stick to it consistently?

That’s where health coaching comes in. Coaches know that there’s more to a healthy, fulfilling life than following trends, relying on will-power alone or hoping for the best.

Changing our behaviours and habits is rarely about information alone. Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things! Successful lifestyle change is about understanding what works for you.

What does coaching actually involve?

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on the present and the future you want. Rather than telling you what to do, I work with you, helping you to clarify what truly matters to you, understand what’s been getting in the way and build practical plans that fit your real life.

In our sessions, we’ll explore your health and wellbeing goals, your daily habits, your mindset and your own individual circumstances. Using tools drawn from functional medicine, nutrition, behaviour change, positive psychology and mind body practices, we’ll identify small meaningful steps that add up to real and lasting change.

This isn’t about perfection or overnight transformation. It’s about finding what works for you - and building the confidence, motivation and resilience to stick with it.
